David McIntyre is a Nurse Practitioner who manages the pre‐dialysis services at the Townsville University Hospital, Queensland. He has over 25 years of clinical experience in a variety of areas in renal nursing, across several countries and is passionate about advancing the role of renal nurses. David is a PhD candidate at Griffith University. He is also a member of the Renal Society of Australasia, the European Dialysis and Transplant Nurses association and the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners.
