Hemamali Jagodage, MPhil, BScN, RN, is a PhD candidate at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Griffith University, Queensland, Australia. She is also a nurse lecturer at the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Ruhuna, Matara, Sri Lanka. Her PhD research focuses on improving health literacy, self-management and treatment adherence in people receiving haemodialysis.
