Natasha Gibbins
Regional Renal Program Coordinator
Professional Bio
My name is Tash Gibbins. I am a motivated and cheerful Registered Nurse currently employed at Miwatj health as Regional Renal Program Coordinator. The program is co-lead with Aboriginal Health Practitioner working together to maintaining population wellbeing and kidney health in East Arnhem. This is achieved by supporting needs and choices through a Yolngu worldview, supporting staying on country through prevention and slowing renal disease progression.
I have over 16 years experience working in remote and isolated areas in hand with hospital and emergency environments. I have travelled in my 4WD with my Sausage Dog Frankie in some of the most remote areas in Australia. I have a passion for nursing in remote areas where I feel I am at my best and make the biggest differences to the community and abroad.
